Don't Let Your Biggest Purchase Become your Biggest Nightmare!

First of all, I’m not telling you this because my prices are high, but I feel it’s important for my clients to be informed. I encourage you to get a couple of quotes, and then contact me. I am sure you will find my pricing is competitive and reasonable.

If you're buying a home, you probably have some questions about the home inspection,
"How much do you charge?" is probably the number one question and sometimes it's the only question. That's fine, but:
Your most important question to ask when searching for a home inspection should be;
"
Who will inspect my home and what experience do they have!"

Give or take a few dollars, home inspectors all charge about the same.
The difference between inspectors should be: Experience, communication skills, completing the report quickly, schedule availability, plus availability after the inspection for any questions or concerns that you may have.
You'll find Nevada Home Inspections to be above all others in these areas.

You need to ask yourself is:  How good of a home inspection do I want? If you are looking for the cheapest home inspection, you probably won't hire me. If you call and talk to me, I will be happy to help and answer all your questions for free. Other inspectors will probably charge you less and they will follow the bare minimum requirements required by the state. You will probably be satisfied.  But I work on an entirely different level.
I decided, when I began this company, that it would not be worth it if I didn't enjoy it and take pride in my work or if I didn't do an exceptional job for each and every one of my clients.  I decided that I will not work for any Realtor, Bank or Mortgage Company or become a member of any professional organization that did not demand excellence!  I work for you and no one else! I am the sole owner and the only Inspector. Home inspecting is my only business and I am the one who you speak with on the phone, perform your inspection, prepares your report and will be here for you in the future!

The cost of a home inspection varies based upon a number of factors, including size, age, special services requested, etc. Typically, the cost is usually $200 - $500, although the fees can go higher. However, cost should not be a factor in deciding whether or not you get your home inspected or in determining which home inspector you choose. Rather, you should consider the home inspection as an investment that will pay for itself many times over. As with most things, cheaper is not always better. Buying a home may be the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  This is not a time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the price of the home being inspected.
Nevada Home Inspections is determined to perform your inspection with integrity, professionalism and quality.

Please keep this in mind: You're about to spend a lot of money on a house. Do you actually believe hiring the cheapest home inspector is in your best interest?
